Why This Work

I've sat where you're sitting.

I spent 12 years in corporate finance, leading teams and managing complex commercial work across Dubai, the GCC, and Europe. Navigating the politics, and learning what it actually takes to hold pressure without losing yourself.

Then I walked away. Not for a plan. For a reckoning. Two years of dismantling, rebuilding, and discovering that the version of me who performed strength in boardrooms wasn't the same version who could actually help people.

Today I combine that corporate experience with executive coaching as an ICF-certified coach (ACC), trained through InnerLifeSkills. The coaching isn't theoretical. It comes from having lived the tension between ambition and exhaustion, between performance and authenticity.
